Welcome Baby Elsa!

Congratulations to my cousin Betsy and husband Parker on the birth of their second baby girl! Elsa Claire was born yesterday, just before 11pm and weighed 8lbs 14oz! We are so happy for you all and can't wait to see some pictures of the precious new arrival!
